Jim has composed, arranged, and prepared music for his own projects (such as his latest recording, “Man In Motion”), as well as other clients like Ramsey Lewis, Shelly Berg, and the Count Basie Orchestra. In addition, Jim has programmed MIDI files for Yamaha’s downloadable library at www.yamahamusicsoft.com. Jim also has composed music for film, including Jason Carter's "Swing By," Mike Horelick's "Pee Stains and Other Disasters," and most recently, Melody Rock's "Murder at the Chat Noir."
